The Exabeam Global Demand Generation team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing manager to support the Global Campaigns team's efforts to activate global campaigns that are primarily designed to generate leads for the sales team. The Global Campaign Manager will be responsible for the successful adaptation and launch of campaigns across Geo Field Marketing and stakeholder. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, secured and fast-growing business that looks to transform SIEM conversation to TDiR (Threat detection, incident response) to be category leaders in this space.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading activation and deployment of high-performance global, integrated campaigns, while driving a vision for how global campaign activation helps achieve business goals, define and implement best practices across Exabeam to raise the bar in how we execute. We test and learn to stay curious and invent our campaigns to go to market to transform the adoption of SIEM in the enterprise.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the overall build and launch of global campaigns with regional assets in multiple Geos and languages.
- Build strong relationships across a global cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives for demand generation multi-touch campaigns
- Works with Regional Leads to define their local campaign adaptation and execution strategies.
- Applies marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the customer experience.
- Develops test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement lift.
- Build global go-to-market campaign activities with 6Sense, paid media plans and on paid social, paid search and display to drive engagement across top-target accounts. Set up global campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Manager and optimize Google Ads
- Manage vendor relationships and launch content syndication campaigns
- Understand and communicate design principles to create creative ads with our design team.
- Oversees day-to-day communication with the Geos.
- Sets-up tracking and reporting according to the global campaign framework.
- Defines and implements recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
- Leverages automation to improve processes and productivity and makes recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace.
- Establishes and continually improves scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.
- Partners across teams to deliver work on-time and on-budget.
Basic qualifications
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Strong experience with paid LinkedIn, Google Ads and experience with SFDC and Marketo
- Experience with 6sense and PathFactory is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Highly collaborative and has an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors.
- Proven understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
- Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
- Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. (Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
- Project leadership in digital marketing, cross-functional planning, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, time-sensitive competing priorities simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative and has an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors.
- Analytical with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $115K -$130K annually depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
