The Role of Food and Beverage Administrator:  

We currently have an opportunity for a Food and Beverage Administrator to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!   

 

Reporting into the Director of Food and Beverage, you will manage administrative responsibilities to support the Food and Beverage departmentResponsibilities will include correspondence, reports, taking and distributing departmental and divisional meeting minutes, maintaining files, schedules and calendars for the Food and Beverage leadership team, assisting in restaurant reservations, and catering inquiries, and assisting in completing special projectsYou will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment, as well as for managing complex schedules and dealing with shifting priorities.    

 

Our Ideal Food and Beverage Administrator candidate will have: 

A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, attention to detail, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientationYou will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences. 

 

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
