Introduction of Field Application Engineer

Field Application  Engineer 는 ASML product 을 사용하여 산출된 고객의 wafer 에서 발생하는 포토리소그래피 성능을 최적화 하고 문제의 해결방안을 수립하고 제시​합니다. ASML 신규 장비 도입에 따른 성능을 기술적으로 검증하고 고객의 기술 로드맵에 따른 요구사항을 반영하여 새롭고 앞선 어플리케이션을 제공함으로써 더 나은 성능의 ASML 시스템 개발을 리드합니다.
이를 위해 물리/수학/공학적 지식을 바탕으로 데이터 분석 역량을 통해 고객의 wafer에서 발생하는 복잡한 이슈를 파악-분석-해결까지의 과정에서의 오너십이 요구되며, 이 과정에서 고객이 요구하는 제품 성능을 구현하기 위해 적극적으로 ASML 본사 및 관련 여러 부서와의 협력을 이끌어내는 역량이 요구​됩니다.

고객의 제품과 포토공정, ASML product 에 대해 깊이있는 이해를 통한 Holistic lithography engineer 로서의 전문성을 키우고, 고객의 니즈를 반영한 비즈니스 기회를 발굴하며 국내외 다양한 이해관계자와의 협력을 통해 글로벌 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 역량을 겸비한 엔지니어로서 보다 폭넓은 시야와 비즈니스 마인드셋을 겸비할 수 있는 기회가 제공됩니다.
 

2025년 1분기  Field Application Engineer 모집 분야 (경력직)

• Fab Support Engineer
  - 기술 분야의 제너럴리스트로서 고객 커뮤니케이션 리딩
  - 고객 공정에서 발생하는 문제를 정의하고 ASML product 성능 극대화를 위한 솔루션 제시 및 Service 제공
  - 이슈에 대한 초기분석 수행 및 관련 부서 협업을 통해 문제의 해결 주도
   
• Yield Star Competency Engineer
  - 고객 요건에 따라 기술적인 Application 솔루션 제시 및 Yield Star utilization의 극대화를 위한 고객 지원
  - 새로운 Metrology 장비 및 기술의 도입과 검증
  - ASML Metrology product 및 applications에 대한 효과적인 사용을 위한 고객 지원
   
• Twinscan Competency (Overlay / Imaging) Engineer
  • Overlay : Overlay application의 효과적인 사용을 위한 기술지원,  에스컬레이션, 기술적 지식 전달,  스캐너 성능 최적화를 위한 솔루션 제공
  • Imaging : Imaging application의 효과적인 사용을 위한 기술지원, 에스컬레이션, 기술적 지식전달, 고객사 공정상의 imaging과 focus관련 이슈 해결 및 평가
     
• Patterning & Control Engineer
  - 고객의 새로운 device 기술에 부합하는 new function을 갖춘 어플리케이션 솔루션을 고객에게 제공
  - Node Project 의 기술 전문가로서 새로운 function 평가 및 data 분석을 통한 solution 검증

Education and Experience 

• 석사 이상의 학위 보유자 우대 (관련전공 아래 참조), 경력직에 한해 학사 지원 가능
• 관련전공: Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Measurement, Semiconductor, Physics, Material Science, Optics, Nano Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, IC manufacturing
• 3년 이상의 반도체 및 반도체 관련 장비사 경험 보유자 선호
• Metrology & Inspection, Overlay, Machine learning 관련 분야 경력 우대

Technical Skills 

• Understand basic principle of lithography. Scanner system general knowledge can be plus
• Knowledge to handle SW tools (MATLAB, Python, MS office and so on) for data analysis
• Understand semiconductor process
