About the Role:

We are looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator to provide our corporate Bangalore location with an empowering Workplace Experience. You will report to our Manila-based based APAC Regional Workplace Manager, as you take the lead for all Workplace Services for the local team, visiting Remitlians and partners.

You Will:

  • Partner with IT, HR and the business to onboard employees onsite and remotely.
  • Be the primary contact for daily office administration.
  • Oversee visitor inflow, including Remitlians from other locations, partners, vendors, candidates, and others.
  • Resolve office-related requests, trouble tickets and inquiries.
  • Monitor for and address security needs.
  • Handle local budget and expense, including invoice approvals and reporting.
  • Implement the location's Health and Safety Program, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Remitly standards.
  • Manage local Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, supporting employees and the facilities during emergent events.
  • Procure office equipment and supplies.
  • Implement local office's commuting program.
  • Coordinate vendors for food, beverage, catered meals, events, deliveries and maintenance.
  • Inspect the office to ensure it is always well-maintained and in impeccable condition.
  • Process mail and shipping.
  • Audit office equipment and supply inventory, tracking assets and usage.

You Have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years' service experience in facilities or property management, corporate services or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of proven project management experience with small-to-medium projects.
  • 2+ years' experience with budgeting, contracts and purchasing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of building systems, equipment, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of local laws.
  • Experience with facilities management software and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage small to medium-scale projects (e.g., office moves, renovations).
