Job Description

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Travel (80% of the time on the road)
Territory: Saint-Hyacinthe to Valleyfield (Montérégie)
Permanent full-time position

Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the External Sales Representative is responsible for developing Kenny U-Pull's market in the Montérégie region for the purchase of used vehicles (recycling, wholesale and retail prices), by fostering strong relationships with various suppliers and continuously seeking new clients.

The External Sales Representative works closely with the call center and the logistics team, aiming to exceed purchasing goals.

In addition to having fun, you will be expected to:

  • Solicit clients and build your own client base (dealerships, garages, body shops, towing companies, auctions, etc.);
  • Build lasting relationships across the automotive and recycling industry;
  • Prospect in person, by phone, email, and through social media;
  • Negotiate purchasing conditions;
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Possess a DEP, DEC, or Certificate;
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and road prospecting;
  • Ability to be on the road 80% of the time.
