Summary
Eagle Eye Networks seeking an Expense Analyst to be responsible for general accounts payable and expense reporting processes. This is a hands-on operational role in a fast growing technology company.

Responsibilities

• Perform review and approval of employee expense reports based on expense reimbursement policy
• Entering and uploading invoices to AP software, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate reports detailing expense reimbursement analysis
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Assist in maintenance of the AP inbox 
• Reconciliation of credit card transaction activities

Experience

• 2+ years of working experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or a similar role
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases. 
• Netsuite, Quickbooks, and other accounting software
• HS Diploma/GED
