We are seeking a results oriented Executive Talent Acquisition Sourcer who will provide strategic partnership and insight within the Executive Search function for the most senior -level talent planning and hiring needs here at Kraft Heinz .
Reporting to the Executive TA Lead, there will be significant exposure to senior leaders across the company, as well as the opportunity to interface with all parts of People & Performance and Talent Acquisition. The role will focus on research, mapping, and candidate identificatio n .
What's on the menu?
- Support the execution of senior - level search and recruitment , i ncluding talent mapping, sourcing , assessing, and coordinating interviewing .
- Create and innovate on talent intelligence strategies to provide data and insights , as well as inform senior leaders of market trends across industries for senior level talent.
- Create a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates on initial outreach
- Monitor and report on key E xecutive T alent A cquisition metrics as well as cost avoidance for the Global Executive Search function
- Drive and lead continuous improvement in the executive search recruitment process and outcomes.
- Support 3rd party agency and search firm relationships.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business, Human Resources, or related field being highly preferred
- 5 + years of experience required with any combination of corporate/ in-house T alent A cquisition , E xecutive S earch , or Recruiting Agencies / Contingent Search , with at least with at least 1 year of Consumer Packaged Goods / Fast-Moving Consumer Goods experience being highly preferred
- Past experience conducting candidate mapping, market intelligence and research , and/or crafting search strategy
- Ability to partner at the most senior levels of the organization , as well as partner across Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and the HR partnering spaces; candidates must be able to demonstrate they possess skills in professional communications, particularly in terms of articulating and delivering information with confidence and impact to senior leaders
- Excellent customer relationship & organizational skills.
- Familiarity with full cycle executive search processes.
- Passion for delivering "white glove" service coupled with speed , efficiency , and clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.
- Workday experience preferred .

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
