Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier executive and senior level talent to drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and passionate about building relationships. They have a robust network of executive and senior level talent, and a proven track record of successfully filling high-level positions across a variety of disciplines.

This role is full-time and based out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. It reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand executive and senior level hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Partner with HR leaders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and talent management strategies.

  • Source and identify high-caliber candidates using diverse tools, techniques, and channels.

  • Offer guidance and support to others on the Talent Acquisition team with developing and implementing sourcing strategies.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior level roles, including strategy calls, sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Continuously expand and nurture a robust pipeline of executive and senior level leaders to meet both current and future organizational needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence. 

  • Follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Effectively utilize our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to manage the recruitment process.  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS and other recruitment tools.

  • Report on key sourcing and recruitment metrics and leverage the data and analytics to inform future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in executive recruitment (mix of in-house and agency experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of executive and senior level roles, organizational structures, and market trends

  • Proven track record of successfully placing executive and senior level leaders across various disciplines

  • Prior recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing related platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
