Job Description

Manage daily deal creation and maintenance tasks, including deal report creation, changes, and terminations, with accuracy and efficiency.

Liaise with internal teams to drive process improvements and resolve ad-hoc issues.

Educate and support internal teams on foodpanda's Pick-Up processes and protocols.

Manage selected in-app communication channels to ensure accurate and up-to-date messaging.

Monitor and track the competitive landscape.

Execute related ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly driven to succeed.

Strong operational and process-oriented mindset.

Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and streamline processes.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
