We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. 

Proper is seeking an Executive Assistant with a collaborative, positive, proactive attitude, strong communication, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, who is excited to be working in a fast-paced environment that’s continuously evolving.

Proper is a San Francisco-based tech startup. This full-time position would be based remotely in Colombia.



Role Description

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role by working closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the CEO's success. Responsibilities include managing calendars and emails efficiently, providing proactive personal assistance, and collaborating on projects to improve organizational efficiency. 


The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-moving situations, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and approach problems with initiative and resourcefulness. They will play a pivotal role in enabling the CEO's success while contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.


This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in proactive support, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.


Required Skills

  • Hard/technical skills
  • Strong English speaking and writing abilities.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Startup experience in Series A or later, 2+ years
