Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Take initiative to anticipate the needs of the executive and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Track and manage expenses and invoices related to executive operations.
  • Manage special projects and ad hoc tasks with efficiency and creativity.
  • Keen eye for detail and unwavering professionalism.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth logistics and delivering impactful experiences.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
