About the Role


Williamsburg Learning is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Visionary/CEO in both professional and personal endeavors. The EA will play a crucial role in optimizing the Visionary’s time and energy by managing schedules, communications, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Time & Energy Management: Maintain and coordinate the Visionary’s work and personal calendars, plan travel, manage commitments, and act as a gatekeeper to ensure efficiency.


Communication Support: Draft and manage communications on behalf of the Visionary, handle confidential information with discretion, and facilitate interactions with internal and external stakeholders.


Project Coordination: Organize and track key initiatives, manage project tools such as Asana, assist in document creation, and streamline workflows to support high-impact projects.


Administrative Duties: Handle digital organization, financial documentation, event planning, company culture initiatives, and meeting coordination.


Company Culture & Network Engagement: Assist in planning company events, maintaining relationships, and strategically supporting the Visionary’s professional network.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience (in-person or remote)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems, particularly Google Suite and Asana
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Exercises a high-level attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Education/experience in communications, business administration, and/or human resources
  • Experience in Hubspot or a similar CRM
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses

  • $25-$30 per hour
