About your team
You will be part of the Central Management department, working closely with the President of Japan and the Business Manager. Our team drives strategic initiatives and ensures operational excellence, impacting the entire organization.
About your role
As the Executive Assistant to the President of Japan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the President's daily activities and long-term strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the President's office. Beyond administrative tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-level projects and initiatives that shape the future of our organization and its impact on Japan. Your role is not just about support; it’s about making a meaningful contribution to the President's mission and the broader goals of our organization.
About you
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. You posess exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Your proficiency in both Japanese and English, along with your strong interpersonal skills, allows you to communicate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders. You have a proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Your advanced MS Office skills are essential for efficiently managing various tasks and responsibilities. Experience in the asset management (AM) industry is preferred, further showcasing your capability to understand and support industry-specific needs.Your proactive approach and problem-solving abilities make you an invaluable asset to the President's office.
