About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant Apprentice to provide dedicated support to our Executives and Leadership Team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive tasks, complex travel arrangements, and key projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Executives and Leadership Team,
  • Coordinate and manage complex business travel arrangements,
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Prepare presentations and assist in the organization of internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and prioritize executive tasks to ensure timely completion of deadlines.
  • Plan and execute impactful Leadership Team events.
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Manage internal communications, including drafting organizational announcements.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Fluency in English: Proficiency at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and interact confidently with high-profile individuals.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in all tasks,
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Anticipates needs and proactively addresses issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a large and complex matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Concur for expense and travel management
