About the Role

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III to support the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE)'s Golden Field Office (GFO). This crucial role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing directly to the success of critical energy initiatives. You will play a vital role in managing complex tasks, coordinating communications, and supporting the GFO team's daily operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact on national energy goals while developing your skills within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing professional-level tasks, both formal and informal, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
  • Drafting and tracking correspondence.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365, including:
  • Excel: creating, formatting, editing, tracking, etc.
  • Word: creating tables, write-protecting information, formatting, editing, converting documents from PDF to Word, mail merge for small and large projects, etc.
  • PowerPoint: development and editing
  • Outlook: management of multiple calendars and mailboxes, responding to issues
  • Performing timekeeping for federal employees.
  • Assisting with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences.
  • Preparing reports and making recommendations for actions.
  • Creating complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system.
  • Performing project management duties, event planning, and other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management; 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file-sharing applications.
  • Professional attitude and strong learning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to competently deal with changing requirements.

Compensation range for this position is the following

  • Starting $55,000.00/year to $56,000.00/year
