About This Role:

Forrester’s Events Program Coordinator is part of the US events program team and reports to the head of program management. We are looking for a fast-paced, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual for this position.

Job Description

This role supports the global program managers with the development of best-in-class event programs for our global event franchises. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation of event-related content for distribution in other channels, including the web, mobile apps, marketing, etc.
  • Publishing event content on event websites.
  • Identifying and assisting the recruitment of non-Forrester speakers for assigned programs.
  • Supporting Forrester analysts and other speakers in the development of their presentations and other content to be delivered at our events.
  • Coordinating the management of digital recordings for our virtual events platform.
  • Coordinating with creative production project manager on content flow from presenters.
  • Scheduling and arranging travel, meeting, and other logistical aspects of speakers’ participation in our events.
  • Travel to events to interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service to our internal and external speakers and audiences.

Job Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree; a strong academic record with one to three years’ work experience in corporate events.
  • Excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sense of work autonomy and strong collaboration with peers and all stakeholders as a valued, contributing member of a team.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Photoshop.
  • Intelligence, confidence, self-motivation, and energy.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% to 25% of the time.

Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate’s primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.
Base salary range: $48,000 - $78,000
