Location: Massachusetts (regional travel required, mileage reimbursed)

Overview

Tetra seeks a passionate sustainability advocate with exceptional relationship-building abilities to serve as our Field Marketing Specialist. This pivotal role will advance our mission of accelerating residential clean energy adoption throughout Massachusetts. You will serve as the face of our organization at high-impact community events, where you'll educate homeowners about the environmental and economic benefits of energy-efficient home systems. This position offers an exceptional entry point into the rapidly expanding clean energy sector for professionals committed to environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Tetra with distinction at strategic community events, farmers markets, sustainability forums, and industry gatherings
  • Deliver compelling, educational presentations on heat pump technology, energy efficiency improvements, and available financial incentives
  • Establish meaningful connections with homeowners and community stakeholders to advance our mission
  • Travel within a one-hour radius to attend strategic events (with reimbursed travel expenses)
  • Maintain comprehensive records of engagement activities and consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Exceptional communication skills with natural ability to engage authentically with diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship development, brand representation, or community engagement
  • Genuine commitment to environmental sustainability and interest in clean energy solutions
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives
  • Proficiency with digital tools for customer relationship management and performance tracking
