We are looking for a professional to work for the Business Development section specifically in the Project Management area, to develop the management and execution of Riot Esports sponsorship deliveries and support our partnering efforts across Riot's Latin America Esports business. You will be experienced in maintaining projects and workflows that ensure sponsorship projects deliveries and contracts within Sports, Esports and other related industries.

This will be a 12 month contract role and be based in our Sao Paulo office, 

Responsibilities:

The main goal of this role is to ensure that projects resulting from closed sponsorships are delivered on time, at the stipulated quality, and produce the desired results, considering the professional's level of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing each step of a project, coordinating the flow between Partner, Agencies and Riot's internal teams in Portuguese and/or English languages. Additionally, this professional will be the main point of contact for sponsors in the day-to-day operation, professionally representing the department and ensuring a strong and positive relationship with partners. As a professional with Project Management expertise, you will coordinate the following steps, flows, and processes:

  • Develop the sponsorship delivery calendar and manage times and movements so that its execution meets the needs of internal teams.
  • Supervise, on a day-to-day basis, the production and execution of the counterparts closed with the partners, in order to guarantee that the deliveries are within the deadlines and also in the contracted quality.
  • Serve directly and punctually, jointly and as directed by the Business Development Manager, the client and its agency
  • Ensuring the correct alignment of information and expectations between the internal teams - and external teams, if any - of the considerations determined in the closing of the sponsorship contract
  • Make the proper records of the execution of the counterparts, through photos, videos, technical descriptions or other appropriate forms for each situation, ensuring that both the publisher and the sponsor have the best possible record of what was delivered.
  • Report the deliveries of each competition, by collecting audience and engagement data, together with the broadcasting, production, content and communications teams.
  • Participate, through brainstorming, study and strategic meetings, in the formatting of products that will be offered to sponsors, partners and prospects.
  • Organize and feed, whenever necessary, folders and files from the publisher's digital storage designated for the Business Management area in Latin America, such as Google Drive, Air Table, Dropbox, and others.
  • Be available to travel to participate in the production of events outside the city of São Paulo

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business development professional area or project management with an established experience in successfully structuring, account managing or negotiations with industry partners, experienced in networking with contacts across agencies, major consumer brands and knowledge of building marketing collaborations
  • 2+ years of experience in the Sport, Esports, Gaming or Entertainment industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Physical and Digital marketing deliveries
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
  • Proficient in both English and Portuguese
