Job Description
- Manage customer’s queries via chat and email.
- Become a product expert who helps customers for the best solution.
- Delivery of high-end customer service to clients
- Should be active on Social media so can understand the customer’s concerns.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
- Email and social media support experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process is preferred
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
