Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite
This is a 13 months secondment opportunity from 1st Feb 2025 to end Mar 2026
Responsible for the Record to Report (RTR) work stream of the site ERP implementation, covering all aspects of financial reporting business process. Main roles and responsibilities will include the overall solution and process design, testing, data and training aspects of the ERP. The role will also oversee that the end-to-end processes are fully implemented as designed.

What you will do

Partnering with relevant stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring all aspects of their financial reporting business processes meet the goals of the transformation project.

Ensure change management is effectively planned and managed and all levels of required training effectively executed.

Problem solves with the needs of the end customer considered, ensuring solutions deliver and enhance their experience.

Program manages the related implementation plan, ensuring the solution is managed effectively, delivered on time and within cost to a high level of satisfaction and acceptability.

Supports team members and stakeholders to ensure they identify risks, contingency plans and collaborate for effective engagement and performance.

Inputs accurate cost projections for CERs and ensures all projects are delivered within budget

Monitoring the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of specific core business processes as well as identifying, documenting and testing new business process scenarios on SAP.

Collaborates with various facilities to drive system adoption, redesign and standardize processes and foster cultural changes for successful implementation.
What you need
-
Clear understanding of financial processes such as Org Structure, AP/AR, general ledger, financial period end closing, fixed assets, standard costing & inventory management etc.

Third Level Qualification (minimum NFQ 8) within a Business IT or Finance related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

8+ years Operations experience in Finance/Commercial field

Broad technical appreciation - including all key ERP functionality and technology and experience of having designed, implemented, and evaluated solutions and delivery of large-scale change that added value to the organisation

Prior experience of an enterprise level change project would be an advantage
