Job Description

Overall Purpose: 

In this Digital Technologies & Analytics (DT&A) Service Manager role, your primary responsibility is to provide oversight and management to your team that provide advice and recommendations to leadership and IT management on any aspects of an organization's IT function, including infrastructure, applications, security, data or process management.

Your specific areas of responsibilities are:

1 – SAP Finance

2 – SAP Controlling

3 – SAP & all Tax systems

4 – Financial integration with all commercial applications

Your main responsibilities for the Finance Service Management will be:

  • Enterprise Digital Modernization: Deliver digital solution architecture services as assigned ensuring the proper quality and SLAS managing internal or external teams to achieve the proper result
  • Digital Strategy/Transformational & Projects Execution: Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation and operations
  • Digital Vision and Strategy: Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs 
  • Clear articulation of Service performed and it’s value for the organization (this is done in alignment with your business partners all over the LCD locations); build and implement strategic roadmap; plan a role of technology advisory for your organization; manage budget and yearly budget improvement...

  • Structure, organize and estimate projects
  • Ensure project preparation in term on cost, organization, payback estimate
  • Track realization of the value
  • Ensure solution robustness

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • 10+ years in IT leadership role ensuring a team organization, team delivery in a distributed organization
  • 10+ years of experience in services management and SAP landscape
  • Practical expertise in IT/Digital project delivery
  • Practical expertise in various project methodologies such as AgiIe/Scrum/Kanban/WaterfaII/Six Sigma/etc.
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
  • Knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice and support to Project Managers and Sponsors
  • Knowledge in application landscape and portfolio management
  • Expert of IT application development and infrastructure including SAP, Azure
  • Ability to improve operational efficiency and service delivery across the DT&A organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Inclination to make improvements, find new ideas and challenge the status quo 
  • Strong analysis and synthesis capacity, ability to negotiate and influence both internally and externally 
  • Excellent teamwork, communication & collaboration skills and capacity to establish rapport and persuade others
