Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation project activities, including
- Conducting face-to-face client meetings for requirements gathering, analysis, and definition.
- Coordinating conference room pilots, system testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Manage and monitor project scope of work to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Work within the overall project plan, schedule, and milestones.
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables according to the implementation methodology.
- Generate accurate and timely project status updates, time tracking, and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Must have)
- Minimum 3-5 years of ERP project implementation experience especially with Infor SyteLine (other systems like Oracle, Epicor, etc., are a plus). (Nice to have)
- Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking. (Must have)
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a service-minded and challenging spirit. (Must have)
- Solid understanding of business operations in manufacturing, and/or accounting in Vietnam. (Must have)
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams, manage scope, and meet deadlines. (Must have)
