This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager with extensive experience in the Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) industry. This role is focused on driving enterprise sales within top-tier clients such as Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong hunter’s mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on enterprise accounts, including Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, demonstrating a hunter’s mindset to expand HPE's market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the FS&I industry.
- Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful implementation of HPE solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning HPE’s solutions to address those needs.
- Report regularly to the Country Sales Lead on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- A proven track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the FS&I market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a hunter’s mindset and the ability to work independently.
