Responsibilities:
Maintaining and improving process conditions to achieve KPI targets.
Maintaining production line related databases
Production planning of their specified production line
Responsible for overseeing work instructions and SOP’s
Responsible for approval of direct reports vacations and performance reviews
Work closely with the maintenance department (shutdowns, PM’s, etc)
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree required in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
Ability to work overtime or non-regular hours as needed.
Good command of basic math, reading and writing is a must.
Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
Must interact well with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.
Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping.
