The Role:
Our site in Aurora is seeking a Engineering Systems Analyst to join our team. Working closely with various business functions, this person will assist the Quality Engineer(s) with Quality systems and SAP data management for new product introductions within the Pads SBU. Responsibility will also cover identifying continuous improvement projects to drive process efficiency and reduce product variation during and shortly after product transition to operations.
What You’ll Do:

Assist the process technical expert in implementing/creating Quality systems and master data uploads to SAP in support of new product introductions. Update documentation pertinent to product specifications to all stakeholders during new product transition.

Support analysis of statistical data gathered in support of control limits and spec limits for new product development. Create and update Quality/Process documentation in support of all new product processes.

Audit and identify areas for improvement regarding all new product bill of materials, product routings and workcenters through SAP.

Enhance master data management in SAP by completing workflows.

Drive productivity by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Monitor and manage continuous improvement plans.

Assist with root cause investigations regarding new product sampling when out-of-control conditions occur by troubleshooting equipment and processes, performing experiments and implement permanent effective corrective actions.

Protect the intellectual property of new products and technologies.

Participate as a global engineering team member to transfer best practices across sites and unit operations.

Comply with Entegris’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
What We Seek:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or a related technical field is required.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of basic statistic’s.

Exposure to an ERP system (SAP is preferable) and project management software, but not required.

Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
