Engineering Projects - Procurement (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Tendering and Contracting - Prepare and issue RFQ, evaluate quotation, and negotiate contracts with suppliers. Purchase Order Management - Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Expediting and Logistics - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Cost Management - Analyze and manage procurement costs to ensure alignment with project budget. Stakeholder Management - Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
• Supplier Identification and Qualification - Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks to minimize project impact
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Project management - Familiarity with project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and control. Quality Assurance - Ensure that procured materials and services meet project quality requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have Engineering Degree in Mechanical and Master or Management studies in Project Management will be additional benefit
• 5 to 10 years of Experience with Industrial and Mechanical Project
• Functional Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage procurement-related issues
• Familiarity with market trends, including supplier pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Good English Communication skills
