What is this position about?

As an Engineer Manager in our team, you will take ownership of the development process, from refactoring and consolidating existing code to leading the implementation of new features. You will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of the team, ensuring the application meets high standards of quality and performance while collaborating closely with clients and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Description

• Drive the development, refactoring, and scaling of the application using React, TypeScript, and Python. 

• Lead a team of junior engineers, ensuring high-quality code, best practices, and production standards. 

• Collaborate with product managers and clients to align technical solutions with business goals. 

• Architect and implement new features, improving performance and maintainability. 

• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end services. 

• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain strong testing and deployment processes. 

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions. 
  Proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development. 

• Strong understanding of Python for backend development. 

• Experience in full-stack development, building both frontend and backend components. 

• Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus. 

• Ability to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and contribute to team success. 

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 

• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions.
