Engineering Coordinator

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Engineering Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product BOMs, routings, rates, and costing, as well as managing various engineering processes and supporting multiple departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain product Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, rates, and costing.
· Create and maintain product labels.
· Manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process in DDM.
· Manage the Engineering Information Request (EIR) process.
· Oversee costing and labels for the Monterrey facility.
· Assign new ERP part numbers and job numbers.
· Maintain IEC documentation, including CE Declarations, Engineering procedures, PEQs, PEDs, and EDs.
· Support Finance in the annual cost roll.
· Assist the Materials group with the annual physical inventory.
· Support the New Product Development group.
· Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to update work centers, routings, and rates.
· Manage the engineering sample process.
· Other engineering projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

· High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar role.

· Associates Degree in Engineering or related field
· Knowledge of engineering documentation and processes.
· Knowledge of MSP product construction and nomenclature
