Responsibilities:
- The main activities to be performed should be focused to increase the productivity, reduce process variation, scrap reduction and eliminate ergonomic/safety concerns.
- Performs time studies for the current production and also for new projects in order to implement the complete information of the processes, this information includes: Takt time, Cycle times, Standard work combination sheet and Work stations lay out.
- BOM confirmation of for current production and new projects and for part numbers with varation issues detected.
- The implementation of improvements and/or processes changes should be reviewed with the engineering team in order to be explained to production team, giving them the properly training and deployment of the information to all areas involved.
Qualifications:
Student of industrial Engineering or Similar.
English (desirable).
