CropX Technologies, an exciting and promising global start-up (100 employees globally) located in Poleg (Netanya) is looking for an excellent Engineering and NPI Manager to join our awesome team.

As an Engineering and NPI Manager, you will lead the NPI-related activities from development to production, build and maintain high-quality manufacturing processes, and manage all sustained engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the engineering aspects of the product from NPI phase to production. Build and maintain BOMs, manage and monitor configuration control processes within the company and with its supply chain.

2. Develop production files, production documentation, and SOP documents

3. Analyze and develop solutions for manufacturing challenges, troubleshooting, etc.

4. Drive all training and quality assurance activities both internally and externally with subcontractors. Continuously improving product quality and overall cost.

5. Responsibility for all RMA & quality issues

6. Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventative activities between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain for all products and its processes.

Requirements

o B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

o Experience of minimum 5 years in NPI and Manufacturing Engineering.

o Experienced with transfering products from R&D to production, including the following:

  • Building production and testing files, BOM's definitions, DFM & DFT.
  • Leading ECR & ECO Implementation processes.
  • Managing configuration control of multidisciplinary products.
  • Working with CM of Electronics and Mechanics assemblies.
  • Familiarity with test design, QA processes, and workflow.

o Deep Understanding of development and manufacturing processes (SMT, Injection molding).

o Hands-On, Can-do attitude, Self-motivated, Independent.

o Able to manage multiple tasks, team player, and excellent in human interfaces.

o Project management capabilities, proven direct and matrix managerial skills.

o Attention to details, organized, systematic thinking, problem-solving oriented

o Experience in working with Priority ERP an advantage.

o Excellent English (both oral and written)
