Position Summary
Provides decision-making support through comprehensive financial and situational analysis. Performs business analysis functions and oversees systems and software maintenance to support cross-functional departments.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with field operations and cross-functional teams to gather data, develop insights, and deliver impactful reporting and analytics.
- Delivers comprehensive research and analysis to internal stakeholders, encompassing financial reviews, data evaluations, trend identification, and progress tracking of strategic initiatives
- Identifies key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization applying advanced analytical techniques and regression analysis.
- Analyzes business challenges and provides actionable recommendations to improve operations and drive strategic decisions.
- Completes ad hoc analyses to evaluate operational trends, terminal performance, exception reporting, and other critical areas.
- Evaluates existing business analysis processes and proposes innovative methods to enhance the value and accuracy of analytics for internal customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of engineering analysis, business analysis, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and syndicated data sources.
