Responsibilities:
Responsible for attending the breakdown and ensuring it timely closure within the target.
Responsible to guide and trained the operators in the shift
Responsible for maintaining and monitor the inventory of spares parts.
Responsible for making and Updation of all records required during running of shift.
Responsible for System Improvement through Kaizen / Poke Yoke
Responsible for Cost saving through in house spare repairing.
Ensure proper communication inter and intra department.
Initiate operations with all safety norms and perform HSE responsibility as given separately.
Follow LOTO (Lock out and Tag Out) procedure.
To fulfil the requirement of TS – 16949, ISO14001, EMS 50001 and ISO 45001 and maintain their records appropriately.
Any other task assigned time to time as per need of the organization by HOD
Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/B.Tech in Electrical
