Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of production and infrastructure facilities for the manufacture of specialty lubricants
- Planning, procurement and installation of new systems, adaptation of existing systems
- Project management in the area of responsibility
- Supervision of service providers in accordance with current safety regulations
- Guaranteeing operational and functional readiness, ensuring compliance with operator responsibility and production safety for the plant portfolio
- Introducing innovations in compliance with economic efficiency and legal regulations and provisions
- Creating key figures, forecasts and decision papers, deriving measures
- Supporting the introduction and optimization of group-wide CMMS software and the digitalization of processes
- Creation and maintenance of maintenance documents and plant master data
- Creation of requirement specifications, specifications and orders
- On-call duty within the scope of activities
Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent
- Several years of practical experience in the planning, operation and maintenance of production facilities, ideally from a chemical company
- Basic technical training or enjoy working with craftsmen
- Know-how in dealing with the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDI, BetrSichV etc.)
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally also SAP and a CAD program
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as a confident manner, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and strong communication skills
