JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Ensure that customer identified quality issues are resolved and prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions.
- Control and lead of scrap, containment problem solving
- Ensure that manufacturing run production with best quality and Zero time by proper use of resource problem solving and statistical tools.
- Linkage of all concern related from customer to plant to supplier
- Take lead on problem solving team by work with cross functional team on corrective action for internal issue found ( IPPM , COPQ, Product Audit).
- Ensure that key operation measurable is well monitor and correct as appropriated (Containment)
- Maintain and improvement the Measurement System Analysis Plan for the program. Responsible to ensure that Gage studies (R&R, Bias, Linearity, and Stability) are conducted on all gaging used on the program and that appropriate corrective actions.
- Lead plant quality on plant quality activity such as internal quality problem (IPPM) end-offline inspection training,
- Visual management document , Quality Alert and containment action in plant during customer found issue.

- Ensure that key operational measurable is well monitor and correct as appropriated (Containment)
- Ensure quality system compliance with IATF 16949, BOS and customer requirement.

- Understand for customer quality requirement for all customer in plant.
- Ensure customer quality requirement was communicate to plant member.

- Communicating often in safety: safety talk, finding status, feedback and keep update.
- Voluntary to join Safety meeting and immediate action once safety issue present in workplace.
- All JSA/Risk assessment, environmental aspect up to date for routine, non-routine.
- Involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative: AMS, Safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE.
- Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working in a manufacturing environment with at least one year in the position of Supplier Quality Engineer and or Plant quality engineer. Ideally this should have been with a multi-national company. Computers and standard business software (Microsoft Office as an example).
- Advanced Quality Planning including familiarity with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA, PPAP, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design, and Performance /Material testing.
- Statistical concepts, design of experiments, and problem-solving methodology.
- Manufacturing Quality system experience and Customer communication activities.
- Professional Certification in Quality Engineer is desirable.
- In quality people tend to be biased towards Quality Assurance (Systems) or Quality control (Inspection). The candidates for this position should have been exposed heavily in Quality Control.
- Specific education and training in Quality disciplines in required, including (minimum): ISO/TS16949, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, DOE, and SPC.
- Candidates must demonstrate solid skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and ability to inspire individuals or team to improve performance.
