We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Designation: Engineer
IT application team is an in-house application development and support team for a suite of applications used by the Insurance Broking & Employee Benefit business
We will count on you to:
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
•
Adapt to changing project environments and tackle problem-solving challenges effectively.
•
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
What you need to have:
•
B.E/B. Tech
•
Minimum 60% in Graduation and Post Graduation
•
Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with no backlogs in any subject
