Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products/processes improvements.

Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process related problems.

Development, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.

Identify & drive opportunity for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.

Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.

Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulation & company policies.

Qualification/Requirement

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science

Min 1 years working experiences in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold/ball mount/laser will be an advantage.

Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.

Highly innovative, motivated & stress resistant individual with zero defect mindset

Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams.
