Trim and Probe Process Engineer, manage lot on hold/ MRB risk assessment and disposition. Initiate continuous improvement which includes Process standardization, Process simplification, cost savings projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lot On hold, Stop Start and MRB risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation and provide on-time disposition.
  • Initiate continuous improvement which includes Process standardization, Process simplification, cost savings projects
  • Involved in Site transfers activities, New tester/ probers qualification
  • Involved in Change Control Board
  • Initiate problem solving and trouble-shooting on Trim  processes as to reduce production related problems and delays
  • Owner of operating specs, work instruction, visual aids, Process FMEA, Control Plan, are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.
  • Ensure line compliance on SOP to produce Quality Output and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement.
  • Manage internal, external customer audit
  • Liaise with cross functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure all processes and procedures for Trim & Probe is documented and executed.

Lead a functional team and communicate with ADI worldwide for standardization
