Position Summary:

Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for the Customer's complaints. Responsible for improving the overall quality performance of the product we deliver to our customers. Compliance with QRO pathway matrix, Quality management system BMS and QMS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ESDS 20.20 as well as customer specific requirements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
  • Responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
  • Manage containment actions for 0Km concerns (including customer sorting).
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
  • Support the Quality Inspectors and technicians to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Preparation of QA reports.
  • Development of Control Plans and ensure handover for Control Plan maintenance.
  • PPAP submission process and approval.
  • Other activities as required by the Sr. Customer Quality Engineer.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Technical Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering)
  • 1 year of prior experience as Quality Assurance Engineer working with automotive customer Stellantis and/or GM, and 2 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
  • English 90%.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Computer knowledge (Auto cad, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, etc.).
  • Control Plan knowledge.
  • PPAP knowledge.
  • MSA Measurment System analysis.
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • 8D’s.
  • 5 Why’s.
  • VDA.
  • Automotive Customer portals experience (Stellantis and/or GM).
  • Integrity.
  • Innovation.

  • Teamwork & Respect.
  • Excellence.
