Role Overview:
The Engagement Partner works closely with local leaders to understand the business strategy and business needs and develop local people-centered plans and initiatives across the employee lifecycle to retain and attract talents. The focus of the role is on fostering an environment in which all employees feel valued, respected and supported in order to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
The Engagement Partner collaborates with cross-functional teams (Global Services, L&D, Global Operations and Engagement Partners) to initiate, implement and align people initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement: Analyze local and functional engagement drivers and detractors, plan engagement improvement actions if needed, implement team engagement initiatives, oversee local employee benefits programs, organize local engagement events.
- Talent Strategy: Analyze talent density. Create and implement in collaboration with the functional leadership and L&D Talent Strategy, individual development plans and teams' development programs. Identify and ensure backups for key employees.
- Employee Lifecycle: Implement and support local onboarding and retention strategies to retain and attract high performing employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and local leadership, addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Work with local managers to implement the performance review process, advising on goal setting and long-term development plans for employees. Ensure that constructive feedback sessions take place regularly.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, helping employees and teams to navigate change and adapt to new processes.
- HR Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for the company.
- Hiring Strategy: Support functional leaders in creating and implementing Hiring Strategy. Collaborate with the TA Team to ensure best practices in functional hiring process.

Skills and Competences
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience in relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
- Partner with business leaders to identify employee's needs and determine the best solutions and HR offerings, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Leadership & Partnership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent coaching and people management skills
- Project Management: Experience in project management, including event management.
- Local Labor law: Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Local language proficiency knowledge (C1).
