End User Computer Engineer – Mobile & Desktop
Location(s): Scottsdale: 18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255
Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:
We are looking for a driven, independent thinker, with excellent customer service skills to join our Data Center Services team to help manage our fleet of end user compute devices; virtual, physical, and mobile, with a concentration on mobile devices and a supporting role with laptops and virtual desktops.
Responsibilities:

Maintain all aspects of mobile device management, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, Hot Spot.

Utilize InTune and Apple Business to manage mobile devices.

Oversee and validate enrollment of devices for SMS text archiving.

Work with third party vendor to order and deploy cell phones.
-
Work with third party vendor to monitor line usage.

Support and maintain Windows operating system and associated applications.

Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365.

Assist with management of virtual desktops in a VMware/Horizon based environment.
-
Support and maintain applications in an ‘Instant Clone’ based environment.

Assist with management of laptops.
-
Assist with deploying operating system image to laptops.

Assist with communication to employees relative to major operational changes.

Manage and attest to end user compute inventory.
Education Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates Degree (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will also be considered. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic Requirements:
-
5 years of experience with direct customer service experience for end-user support, using Microsoft Intune for iPhone and/or iPad management, and managing mobile devices in a corporate environment.

3 years of experience installing Windows Operating System using imaging technology and experience managing Windows Operating System using Group Policy and InTune Policy, as well as using scripting languages to automate routine processes using Python or PowerShell.

Functional knowledge of Active Directory and of network communication at all levels of the open systems interconnection (OSI) model; particularly Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, and Session.

Relevant industry certifications such as:
-
CompTIA; Mobility+, A+, or Network+.

Microsoft; Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate

Must be detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills while also with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.

Work on a regular and predictable basis independently and with minimal supervision.

Communicate with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.

Some nights and weekends may be required.
Preferred Requirements:
-
2 years of experience managing Windows Operating System and/or non-persistent desktops in a virtual infrastructure, ideally in a Horizon environment.
