General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator. This HR role is focused on promoting a positive workplace environment through employee sourcing, communication and engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sourcing, hiring and tracking for TRES US Business Unit. Must be able to travel up to 50%.
- Follow up with new hires on their employee experience.
- Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
- Coordinate probationary performance evaluations.
- This role is responsible for recruiting candidates to direct roles through external recruitment events, interviewing, and selection processes.

Your Background:
- High School Diploma.
- Recruitment experience 2 to 5 years required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications required.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail.
- Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent Presentation and Public Speaking skills.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
