- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units, Management, and Global teams
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow between country/cluster finance teams and regional/global finance teams
- Maintain strong coordination with cluster finance teams
- Report consolidated financial results monthly
- Prepare ad hoc reports for regional and global stakeholders
- Support the budget and forecast processes, providing relevant recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver financial insights
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze and benchmark profitability across regions, countries, divisions, sectors, and products
- Act as a proactive business partner to business leads and functional heads
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis; experience in a multinational environment is a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, and Tableau is an asset
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
