As a Manager for the Spanish Emerging Markets Sales Development team, you will hire, develop, coach, and train a high-performing team of early career sales professionals. About this roll*: (Responsibilities)

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of bilingual Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to consistently exceed ambitious quotas.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating Toast’s core values and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and fun.
  • Drive day-to-day activities of the SDR team through live coaching, targeted career development, and performance analytics to maximize lead follow-up and revenue creation.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on outcomes, impact, and productivity, while delivering insightful performance reports to senior growth sales and marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and capitalize on the best opportunities.
  • Continuously scout and attract top-tier talent to strengthen and expand your team, ensuring sustained success in our competitive market.'

  • Must speak, read, and write proficiently in both Spanish and English.
  • Proven management experience with a strong track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high-caliber teams.

Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
