EMEA/APAC Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Overview

Ribbon Communications (Nasdaq: RBBN) delivers secure cloud communications and IP and optical networking solutions to service providers, enterprises and critical infrastructure sectors globally. We are seeking a proactive marketing campaign manager to join our esteemed global marketing team. Your role will involve promoting Ribbons products and solutions to customers and partners worldwide, while also providing support to our sales team in terms of lead qualification and sales hand-offs. Key tasks include:

• Campaign planning and strategy
• Campaign design and development
• Campaign execution
• Campaign analysis and reporting
• Lead routing and sales handoffs
   

Responsibilities:

• Strategize with sales, marketing and other departments to plan and schedule campaigns
• Build, execute and report on campaigns for key verticals, markets and regions to stakeholders
• Align campaign strategies with core initiatives from executives and key stakeholders
• Manage campaign budget for the region.
• Develop strong relationships with all departments including sales
• 20% of time will be spent working and nurturing leads from Marketing qualification to Sales qualified
   

Experience and Skills:

• Business or Marketing Degree
• 5+ years' experience in marketing, business development or Inside sales role(s)
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Understanding of marketing automation, webinar, CRM and database tools
• Efficient in Excel, SaaS programs or collaboration tools
• Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
   

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the Czech Republic.
