 You will play a pivotal role in shaping Gong’s team by leveraging a data-driven and strategic approach to recruiting.   You will collaborate closely with hiring managers accross EMEA and APAC  to understand their needs, align recruiting efforts with the company’s strategic goals, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Senior  Talent Acquisition Partner to business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria.
  • Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably supporting GTM organizations ideally
  • Experience in SaaS or technology start-up.
  • Ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred.
  • APAC experience preferred
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Located within commutable distance to one of our offices.
