Role Summary
Renew Home is looking for an Email Operations Associate to join the team to support building out high priority customer touch points that are critical to our company's growth.
This role will report to the Marketing Operations Manager. The Email Operations Associate will sit on the Operations team, supporting product and working directly with design, engineering, and data teams.

What You Will Do
- Email Development: Responsible for building, maintaining, and QAing all emails, templates, and components, and ensuring emails are optimized across all platforms/devices.
- Automation Management: Collaborate with engineering to build and maintain email automations in HubSpot, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, design, and marketing to ensure emails are delivered at the right time, to the right audience, in the preferred language. When necessary, provide consultation to the creative team on possible design constraints.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Work closely with product and data teams to develop and deploy A/B tests, continuously working to improve email performance metrics.
- 2+ years experience in email marketing and automation, preferably with HubSpot.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and MJML specifically pertaining to email development, able to deliver complex and dynamic email components.
- Solid understanding of email accessibility standards, deliverability best practices, reputation management, and A/B testing.
- Experience working collaboratively and cross functionally with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of email personalization tools.

- Solid experience working in HubSpot (email manager, design manager, workflows, personalization tokens).
- Experience working with email marketing platforms other than HubSpot (i.e. Marketo, Iterable, etc.).
- Experience in email marketing for a B2C and/or a B2B2C customer base.
- Experience with email testing software such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Experience with Figma.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA compliance) and best practices.
