The Role
The Elevate Marketing & Program Lead will oversee the planning and execution of the Elevate conference, including developing the agenda, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves leading multiple stakeholders and fostering collaboration to enhance the event's brand and impact.
Summary Generated by Built In

Every year, monday.com hosts its global user conference “Elevate”.

Elevate is monday.com’s largest event of the year, and an opportunity to bring to the stage our co-founders, builders, product leaders, and monday.com experts together with world-class keynote speakers, to share their knowledge and vision for the future of work, the company and the product. Last year, Elevate included an online event with more than 97,000 registrants followed by a World Tour of live events in Sydney, London and New York.

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader with an extensive background in tech events, to plan, build and execute the agenda, and bring Elevate to life in the most creative and inspiring way possible.

This is a unique opportunity to grow what is already one of the world’s biggest tech conferences out there, and to lead and shape the program like no other. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative and reinvent the conference program from scratch every year, and lead parallel initiatives to support it across the globe.

About The Role:

  • Plan and build the agenda, experience and overall content for the conference.
  • Create the skeleton of the program to answer both the business strategy needs and the audience's interest.
  • Develop a 360 learning and inspiring program for our users, champions, prospects and implementers that will position monday.com as a leader in our field, and build a world-class brand for the event itself.
  • Shape a conference that will include main stage, tracks, keynotes, masterclasses, demo booths, and other program activities to leverage our brand as a one-of-a-kind conference that people all over the world want to attend.
  • Lead the programming efforts together with the larger monday.com team for a successful execution.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the in-house Elevate team (note: this is NOT an event production role). Create briefs, build an agenda that inspires people, and create memorable programming.
  • Work with our Sales, CS, partners and product teams to create the most accurate program that will bring real business impact in terms of expanding existing accounts and bringing in new customers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of event marketing experience in a tech company, with orientation to content development.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating marketing content and tech events agendas, while linking to business KPIs and aligning to the company strategy and goals
  • Experience in leading multiple stakeholders that collaborate on a project
  • Data-driven and results-oriented individual, with an ownership mentality to lead a programming plan from start to finish.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence
  • Mother tongue English
