Purpose
This role is responsible for driving the safety measures as required to ensure compliance requirements. This will enable our service organization to provide uninterrupted service to our install base. The role will also assist our business units manage the customer portals for contractor reporting, help our facilities with EH&S initiatives, manage SDS requests, partner with R&D to build new SDS, and develop new programs to help build a better EHS culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide EHS compliance related to administrative support worldwide in platforms, such as Avetta and ISNetworld
- Maintain and update existing and potential customer safety requirements in current (ISN and Avetta) and future platforms to ensure compliance and/or a passing grade for each site.
- Request site-specific related Safety information from the EHS department to enter into the safety portals.
- Grant site-specific limited portal access to Quality, service engineers
- Register service engineers for individual sites.
- Collaborate with external parties on training and safety requirements.
- Assign training to service engineers as requested by customers.
- Coordinate with service engineers on training assignments.
- Resolve time-sensitive issues related to on-site service engineer visits related to training requirements, non-compliance issues, failing grades, and more by coordinating with the customer and the service engineer.
- Update records in the safety portals as needed.
- Request Certificates of Insurance from our agent that are compliant with customer requirements. Upload Certificates of Insurance into the safety portals.
- Liaise with Legal for review and signature on customer Terms and Conditions
- Coordinate platform renewals with procurement.
- Aide in preparing associated documentation needed to support renewal.
- Systems Utilized: SAP, MTL, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors in EH&S, business or similar experience preferred

Preferred Characteristics
- 2-5 years of EH&S experience
- Understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Experience with online contractor data management programs such as ISNet World and Avetta.
