EHS Advisor

At JM safety is our highest priority. We believe that every accident can be prevented. As our new EHS Advisor you will execute relevant EHS activities in line with clear policies and procedures at our site in Perstorp, in order to minimize EHS risks.

Key responsibilities

·     Support our environmental management framework

·     Provide clear and detailed advice and support on general EHS matters

·     Support compliance with statutory requirements such as emission levels and waste management

·     Actively promote EHS awareness at site

·     Conduct root cause investigations into incidents and near misses

·     Conduct basic risk assessments

·     Support existing EHS programs and policies

·     Prepare and participate in audits

·     Create and deliver EHS relevant trainings to our employees

Who you are

We believe you are an experienced professional, specialized in one of the sub-disciplines Environment or Health and Safety. You are a highly service-minded and customer-oriented person with very good communication and problem-solving skills. You have a strong drive for results, work in a structured and organized way and have an eye for detail. A good level of Swedish and English is required to be successful in this role.
