· Take pictures of components
· Use photoshop to create the location picture for each component.
· Analyze each component (quantity, number of pins, marking).
· Update each property with the datasheet or other information find on the web
· Identify all the components used for communication and complete the BUS file.
· Identify ECU function blocks based on visual inspection, bill of material, EA wiring data and experience.
· Analyze the PCB to understand the internal connections.
· Create the block diagram with software tool (currently Microsoft Visio).
· Prepare list of parts and update the indicator file.
· Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown, each part inside, 45° for exploded view…
· Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pins)
· Create the “Pin Number” picture
Professional Background
- Degree: Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
- Knowledge in electronics automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of or interest for the teardown process preferably automotive electronics at 1st tier or Semiconductor Manufacturer
- Intermediate English.
